A Techie with hobbies. Having grown up on a steady diet of radio during my early childhood, when there was no TV around, my interest has always been in the field of voice. I was selected as a RJ/Creative Writer for India's first FM radio station Radio Mirchi (but didn't join sadly). Later, I founded and hosted a popular Hindi podcast. I do freelance gigs for Voice overs, and have worked with agencies such as GM Voices (now Blend Voice), Alta Lang & Voice Hansa. I am fluent in Hindi, English and Bengali.

FAQ
What accents can you offer?
My normal accent is a neutral Indian accent. My Hindi accent is very neutral and clear (thanks to my upbringing in Madhya Pradesh). I can try impersonations (but obviously I cannot do a deep baritone of BigB or a 5 year old kid voice), AND I do not do mimicry.
Can you correct grammar/spelling mistakes in the script?
For scripts in English or Hindi, if the language is not quite polished, I can proof-read and correct any minor grammar errors in the script. This is a gig extra, costs $10 per 300 words (select "Script Proofreading" gig). This option is quite convenient for short scripts! No script rewrites please.
What timezone do you live in? (GMT +5:30)
I live in Pune, Maharashtra,India which is in GMT +5:30 timezone.
What other language VO can you do apart from Hindi?
Glad you asked! I am fluent in (Indian) English and Bengali (or Bangla, my mother tongue) and occasionally also do Marathi VO.
Can you record in a professional studio?
Sure I can, but that is on demand and since Studios charge a fee (usually around $15 per hour), you would need to bear the actual cost based on the recording duration.Please do note that studio recording will also add (+)2 days to delivery timelines.
I do not know Hindi. How do I communicate with you?
As you can see I have good command on English and you can feel free to communicate with me in English, Hindi or Bengali.
I have a script translated from English to Hindi. Should I take the word count from original script or Hindi one to get the price?
I would accept the order based on the word count in the Hindi script here because that is what I would deliver as VO.
I have a script in English. Do you translate from English to Hindi as well?
Yes I certainly can, but this will be an extra gig for which I charge $10 per 300 words. Please select the "Translate to Hindi" gig and add the amount based on your script length.
