Package prices cover labor only. The buyer must provide all PC components, peripherals, operating-system licenses, and paid software. Standard and Premium services are available in the DallasFort Worth area and require a compatibility review before ordering. Replacement parts, custom fabrication, extensive troubleshooting, and custom liquid-cooling work are not included unless agreed upon in a custom offer.
A revision includes one reasonable BIOS, software, cable-management, RGB, or configuration adjustment. It does not include replacing incompatible components, rebuilding the computer in another case, or changing the original hardware design.
For Custom-Loop water cooling Please ping me before picking a Package. This includes
Loop planning, tubing, fittings, filling, leak testing, and troubleshooting. This Does not include free tubing or fittings. You have to provide that to me.

Do I need to provide the PC components?
Yes. All package prices cover labor only. You must provide the computer components, peripherals, operating system license, and any paid software. I will review your parts list for compatibility before the build begins.
Can you help me choose compatible PC parts?
Yes. The Basic package includes a parts and compatibility consultation based on your budget, preferred games, performance needs, and appearance preferences.
Are your PC assembly services available outside DFW?
The Basic consultation can be completed remotely. Physical PC assembly and setup services are available in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Please provide your general location before ordering to confirm availability.
Is Windows included with the build?
The Premium package includes Windows installation, drivers, updates, and basic configuration. The buyer must provide a valid Windows license. The cost of Windows is not included in the package price.
What happens if one of my parts is defective or incompatible?
I will document the issue and notify you before continuing. Replacement components, return shipping, extensive troubleshooting, and additional labor are not included and may require a custom offer.
Do you install liquid cooling systems?
I can install compatible all in one liquid coolers. Custom soft tube or hard tube cooling loops require additional planning, leak testing, and labor, so please contact me for a custom offer before ordering.
What is included as a revision?
A revision covers one reasonable adjustment to the BIOS, software configuration, cable management, fan settings, or RGB setup. It does not include changing the case, replacing hardware, or redesigning the entire build.
Do you offer data transfer from my old computer?
Yes. Data transfer can be added as an extra service. Please back up all important files before the service begins. Large transfers or damaged storage devices may require a custom offer.
Will you test the computer after assembly?
Yes. Depending on the selected package, I will verify that the system powers on, reaches POST, detects the installed hardware, operates at safe temperatures, and remains stable during basic performance testing.
Do you provide support after the PC is completed?
Yes. I provide reasonable post delivery assistance for questions related to the original installation and configuration. Hardware warranties and defective component replacements remain the responsibility of the manufacturer or retailer.
