What kind of photos can you restore?
I can fix almost any old photo that has minor to heavy scratches, dust, folds, cracks, or color fading. Whether it is a black and white family portrait or a damaged color picture, I can help you repair it.
Can you restore a photo if the face is completely missing or destroyed?
If important facial features (like eyes, nose, or mouth) are completely blank or gone, it is very difficult to restore them naturally. Please send me the photo in the chat before ordering, and I will check what can be done
Do you convert Black and White photos into Color?
Yes! If you choose my Standard or Premium package, I will add realistic and natural colors to your old black and white pictures to make them look fresh.
Do I need to scan the old photo, or can I just take a picture with my phone?
A high-quality scan (300 DPI or higher) gives the best results. However, if you don't have a scanner, you can take a clear, well-lit photo of the picture with your phone (without glare or shadows) and send it to me.
What file format will I receive, and what is a mockup?
You will receive a high-quality, print-ready digital image file in JPEG format. If your package includes a mockup, I will also send you a beautiful image showing your restored photo placed nicely inside a realistic frame setting.
