Are your testers real people or bots?
All testers are real humans using real physical Android devices. Every tester has a different internet connection and different Google account. We never use bots, emulators or fake accounts. Your account is completely safe.
When does testing actually start?
Testing starts within a few hours of receiving your app link and tester access. This is one of my biggest advantages. You do not lose a single day waiting.
Why does it take 14 days?
Google requires a minimum of 14 continuous days of closed testing before allowing production access. This is Google's rule and cannot be shortened. However I start your testing the same day so you lose no time at all.
Is this safe for my Google Play Console account?
Yes completely safe. Every tester uses a real device with a different internet connection and unique Google account. Google cannot detect or flag this as artificial activity. I have done this for 80+ apps with zero account issues
Can you help with Google's 9 production questions?
Yes. This is included in the Premium package. After 14 days Google asks you 9 questions about your testing process. I give you all the correct answers so you pass on your first attempt.
What if my app has user login or OTP verification?
Please message me before ordering. Apps with login systems require extra setup for testers. I will create a custom offer based on your specific situation.
Do testers actually open the app every single day?
Yes. Daily active usage is a core part of the service. Google looks for consistent daily activity throughout the full 14 day period. My team follows a strict daily schedule.
What if something goes wrong during testing?
I monitor the entire process throughout the 14 days. If any issue comes up I fix it immediately. You are never left alone. I stay with you until the testing is successfully completed.
Do you test paid apps or apps with subscriptions?
Yes I do. For paid apps or subscription apps you need to provide promo codes or add testers to your licensed testing list. Message me before ordering and I will guide you through the setup.
What languages do you communicate in?
