Why does my Amazon or Etsy store require a LUCID registration number?
Marketplaces operating in Germany are legally responsible for verifying your epr packaging compliance. If you do not provide a valid number from the LUCID packaging register, your products will be restricted or deactivated across Germany.
Are recycling disposal costs included in your packages?
Disposal costs are based entirely on your exact packaging volume and must be calculated first. However, my Premium Tier package explicitly includes the initial recycling disposal charges for a baseline allotment of paper and cardboard.
How do we handle the required authorization contract?
A written German/English authorization contract is strictly mandatory by law. It must feature a valid, handwritten signature from both parties before your AR status can be confirmed within the official register.
