Do I get a ready-to-send Klaviyo Black Friday email template or just a design file?

Can I edit the template myself after delivery?
Yes. It’s built with Klaviyo’s drag-and-drop editor, so you can change text, images, prices, discount codes and buttons anytime, with no coding needed. You can reuse it for future sales too.
What do you need from me to start?
Your store link, logo, brand colors and fonts (if you have them), your Black Friday offer and dates, the products to feature, and access to your Klaviyo account. I’ll send simple steps for adding me as a user.
How do I give you access to my Klaviyo account?
In Klaviyo, go to Settings → Users → Add User, and add me with Manager access. I never need your password or payment details, and you can remove my access as soon as the order is complete.
Will the template look good on mobile?
Yes. Every template is designed mobile-first and tested on mobile and desktop before delivery. Most Black Friday shopping happens on phones, so I make sure your offer, products and buttons are clear on small screens.
Can you use my product photos?
Yes. Send your product images or links and I’ll use them. I can also create Black Friday banner graphics, countdown-style headers and sale badges to match your brand.
Do you write the email copy and subject lines too?
Yes. Each template includes headline and body copy for your offer, plus subject line and preview text ideas. If you have your own copy, I’ll use it and polish it if needed.

I don’t use Shopify. Can you still help?
Yes. As long as your store is connected to Klaviyo (WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix and others), I can build your template. If you use Mailchimp, Brevo or Omnisend, message me first so I can confirm.
How soon should I order before Black Friday?
As early as possible. Many brands start their Black Friday emails in early to mid-November. Ordering now gives time for your review, revisions and testing, so your emails go out exactly when you need them.
