Can you guarantee a 90+ or 100 PageSpeed score?
No fixed score is guaranteed. Results depend on your hosting, theme, plugins, page content and external scripts. I will review your website and explain realistic improvement opportunities before you order.
What access do you need?
I usually need a temporary WordPress administrator account. Hosting or CDN access may also be needed for agreed changes. Please use temporary access where possible and remove it after delivery.
Do you optimize WooCommerce websites?
Yes, through the Premium package after reviewing your store. I check relevant cache exclusions and test cart and checkout behavior. A payment test requires an agreed test method or sandbox access.
Will you change my website design or remove features?
The service is intended to preserve your existing design and functionality. If an improvement requires removing or replacing a feature, I will discuss it with you before proceeding.
Are premium plugins or CDN subscriptions included?
No. Paid licenses, hosting upgrades and subscriptions are not included. I can use suitable free tools or configure compatible tools you already own.
What will I receive after delivery?
You will receive a summary of the changes, before-and-after results for the agreed pages, and recommendations for remaining limitations. Comparisons use the same test tool and settings where possible; scores can fluctuate.
What does a revision cover?
A revision covers adjustments to the optimization work within the agreed scope. New pages, additional features, redesigns and unrelated bugs require a separate quote. Please report any issue caused by my changes so I can investigate it.
Does this service include hosting fixes or ongoing maintenance?
It includes identifying relevant hosting limitations and sharing recommendations. Server administration, hosting migration, malware removal, custom code rewrites and ongoing maintenance are separate services.
