I bring 12+ years in administration, including construction project support and invoice review. I check calculations and flag duplicate numbers, missing details, and unclear payments before delivery.
Every package includes an editable .xlsx register, payment/credit log, calculated balances, status filters, and an issues list.
STANDARD adds client balances and an overdue summary.
PREMIUM adds a follow-up list with next actions and a short update guide.

What do you need to get started?
Your readable invoices, a payment list, the reporting period, currency, and the fields you want to track. Remove bank details, tax IDs, and other information that is not needed for the work.
Can you work in English and Spanish?
Yes. I can organize records in either language and label the tracker in English or Spanish.
What counts as one invoice?
One invoice is one tracker record with up to 10 fields from up to 2 readable pages. Item-by-item transcription is outside the standard packages.
Will you contact my clients or collect payments?
No. This gig organizes the records and prepares the follow-up list included in Premium. It does not include customer outreach or receiving payments.
How do you check the tracker before delivery?
I check formulas, totals, duplicate invoice numbers, missing details, and payment matches against your supplied records. Uncertain balances stay flagged for review. Bank reconciliation and independent verification of transactions are outside this service.
What does a revision include?
Corrections or adjustments to the original agreed fields and records. New invoices, a new reporting period, or a redesigned system are additional work.
How many payment and credit entries are included?
Basic includes 25 invoices and 50 payment/credit entries; Standard, 50 and 100; Premium, 75 and 150. Each partial payment or credit is one separate entry. Send the count before ordering if you exceed either limit.
Can I keep using the tracker after delivery?
Yes. You receive an editable .xlsx file with reusable formulas and filters in the agreed structure. Premium includes a short update guide. Ongoing data entry, software integrations, a custom accounting system, and unlimited future updates are not included.
