I can add, remove or replace stuff on the Map.
I can also try to optimize it, but I don't have much experience about that.
How much time I need depends on how big the Map is.

Can I upload edited Maps to the Workshop?
Yes, but you have to tell me first and If the Original Creator of the Map doesn't like it then you are on your own.
Why cant some maps be edited?
Sometimes Map creators protect the Maps from being decompiled and sometimes It just doesn't work.
