What do you need from me to get started?
Your server's IP address and root or SSH login, plus a quick note on what you need - new setup, a security check, or a specific issue to fix. That's usually enough for me to get going.
Do you work with VPS, dedicated or KVM servers?
Yes, all of them - VPS (KVM, Xen, OpenVZ), dedicated servers and cloud instances. Just let me know your setup when you message me and I'll confirm I can handle it before you order.
Can you fix a server that's already been hacked?
Yes, I've dealt with this before. Message me with the details first so I can understand what's happened, then I'll let you know honestly what I can do and how long it'll take.
Do you provide support after the work is done?
The Premium package includes 30 days of support built in. For Basic or Standard, you can always come back to me separately afterward if something comes up.
