What do I need to get started?
All I need to get started is a list of Leads and Script guidelines. Your business overview and goals. If you have specific instructions or preferences, feel free to share them as well!
Can you do every type of calls?
Yes, of course. For example, outbound/inbound. I have experience in multiple campaigns like Solar projects, Dispatch Calls, Event Planning, Insurance, Law Firm, Cleaning Services, Staffing Agency, Saas Company and Sales Calls etc.
Will your calls show up as spam and what software do you use to make calls?
We use premium calling software that displays my name, "Simon," on the caller ID. This ensures calls aren’t flagged as spam and allows us to answer callbacks directly! Over 90% of cold callers use free software, causing spam flags! They also miss callbacks from prospects, unlike us with our system.
What is your approach to ensure effective communication with potential clients during cold calls?
I use a friendly and professional tone to engage prospects and create a positive first impression. Focus mainly on the value of your services, addressing their specific pain points and goals.
Do you have American accent?
Yes, we have been dealing in North America mostly for the past 6 years. We could offer call recordings upon request.

How will I know that you have made Calls?
I will write detailed call notes on each Cold Call from the list and keep you updated. Even provide a call log if necessary. So you will get transparency of what happened over the Call.
Is redialing a standard procedure in your operations?
Yes, I offer complimentary redialing for voicemails when the voicemail rate exceeds 65% and the results are below expectations. This ensures a proactive approach to improving outcomes.
What if I send a list with more than what I paid for, will the extra leads still be contacted?
Only the number of leads that were paid for will be contacted.
