What do you need from me to get started?
Please send your product information, key features and benefits, target audience, campaign goals and any required talking points or brand guidelines. If you have examples or inspiration, feel free to send those too. For physical products, I'll also need the product shipped to me before filming begin
Do you provide the script or can I send my own?
Both! Scriptwriting is included with select packages and can also be added as an extra. If you already have an approved script, I'm happy to use it. I can also work from key talking points to keep the delivery natural and authentic.
What types of products do you create content for?
I specialize in beauty, skincare, health & wellness, lifestyle, pet, home and consumer tech products. If you're unsure whether your product is a good fit, message me before ordering.
Can I use the content for paid ads?
Yes. All packages include 3 months of usage rights. Additional usage rights are available in 3-month increments. Please select the appropriate usage option or contact me if you need extended usage.
Do you create both product demos and testimonials?
Yes! Product demos focus on showing your product, its features and how it's used. Testimonials focus more on the customer experience, benefits and why someone would recommend the product. I can also combine both styles in one video when appropriate.
Do you return the shipped product?
Products are not returned unless this is discussed and agreed upon before ordering. If you require your product to be returned, the buyer is responsible for providing prepaid return shipping.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Each package includes the number of revisions shown in the package details. Revisions cover reasonable editing changes to the agreed-upon concept. A new concept, new script, or reshoot requested after filming is not considered a revision and may require an additional fee.
Can you also create product photos?
Yes! A lifestyle product photo can be added to your order as a Gig Extra. If you need multiple photos or a larger photo package, message me for a custom offer.
