Check out packages for options, including customized metadata, which let users find what they need, key to any successful site.
We start w/15-min consult (free) on how you want the site to look & operate. Come with a "wish list" - don't worry if you've never seen it done, tell me your site dreams and be open to suggestions. Designing sites is my joy, so no "out of the box" here!
Once connected to your tenant, I'll build a demo for your review, populated with "fake" files (usually some of my favorite recipes!) or your actual data (within limits). WILL SIGN ANY LEGAL NDA, I'm not interested in going to jail for your info.
You can request 1 revision (e.g., look & feel, metadata column) before finalizing your site. Use the Extended Support option a la carte or to add pages or additional consult time (expires 6mo from site completion).

FAQ
We just need a home page – how long does that take?
I can typically complete a basic page in about 4 hrs, once I know what to show (News? Events? Links to other content?). If you have images, we’ll use those, otherwise there are some great free stock images available. You’ll need to provide the URLs for any links you want on the page, I'll add them.
Do you do non-SharePoint sites?
Yes! I've also created/supported WordPress sites, done Moodle course design & done content management on a few public sites. I'm a fearless clicker, but not a stupid one - if I can't fix it, I won't take it apart but I've never met a program I couldn't master yet.
Can you build custom views based on my metadata?
Absolutely! Views are power and you can use the Extended Support package to request custom views for your site's contents. I can explain how views work and why they're essential to helping folx find what they need in your site.
Can I purchase the Extended Support package separately?
Sure! Maybe you just want to learn a little more about improving your existing sites, or incorporating automation or metadata & views. The Extended Support package will buy you up to 3 hours of consult time for questions you might have.
What makes you qualified to do this?
I've been working in SharePoint since 2013, building, maintaining, & advising on sites for large state-wide public health programs. I learned on Classic & kept up with all changes right through to today's Modern version. I know more about the backend than most IT folx & I'm a fearless clicker!
How do we manage our content in future?
For any content I design, if needed, I’ll review it with your designee to explain how to manage basic updates (links, images, etc.) If you need more complex assistance, consider the premium package, which offers 3hrs of "a la carte" support, to be used as you need.
