I will migrate or upgrade your dynamics nav environment to business central

About this gig
I help businesses migrate from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central (SaaS or on-premises), or upgrade from an older BC version to the latest release.
Before any work starts, I evaluate your environment for free reviewing your NAV/BC version, custom objects, data volume, and any third-party integrations. Once I understand the scope, I send you a fixed quote. You only pay and proceed if you're happy with it. No surprises, no open-ended billing.
Pricing is based on the number of custom objects in your system: Up to 20 objects $75, 21 to 50 objects $175, +80 or complex integrations $300.
What the migration/upgrade covers:
- Full data migration (customers, vendors, items, chart of accounts, open entries)
- Custom object and C/AL code review replaced with AppSource apps where possible AL extension conversion where needed
- Test environment migration before touching production Go-live support so you're not left alone on cutover day
I've worked with NAV versions going back to 2009, and all Business Central versions up to the latest wave. Whether your setup is straightforward or heavily customised, I'll give you an honest assessment before asking for anything.

FAQ
Which NAV versions can you migrate from?
I've worked with NAV 2009, 2013, 2013 R2, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. Older versions (4.x, 5.x) are possible but require more effort - contact me first for a scoping call.
Do you handle heavily customised NAV systems?
Yes. The assessment package is specifically designed to scope exactly how much custom code exists and what can be replaced by AppSource apps vs. needing AL rewrite. I'll give you an honest answer before you spend on the full migration.
SaaS or on-premises - which do you recommend?
BC SaaS (cloud) is where Microsoft is investing, and it removes the upgrade burden permanently. I'll recommend it unless you have compliance, data sovereignty, or integration requirements that block it.
What do I need to provide to get started?
A backup of your database, a list of any third-party add-ons. That's all for the assessment.
