FAQ
Can it run on my own server / private infrastructure?
Yes — if you have a machine with a decent GPU (or CPU with enough RAM for smaller models), I can deploy a self-hosted model so no data leaves your network. Otherwise we'll use OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, which is faster and usually cheaper.
Will my data be used to train AI models?
No. The OpenAI/Anthropic API tier (different from the consumer chat products) doesn't use your data for training by default. With self-hosted models, nothing leaves your machine.
Do I need API keys?
Yes — you provide your own OpenAI/Anthropic key so you control the spend. I'll walk you through the setup if you've never done it.
How accurate will the answers be?
It depends on your data. Clean, well-structured documents → very accurate. Messy scanned PDFs → I'll add a preprocessing step. We'll discuss this before starting.
Can you integrate with [Slack / WhatsApp / HubSpot / etc.]?
Yes for most platforms. Mention it in your message and I'll confirm.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes revisions. Beyond that, post-delivery support is available as a custom add-on.
