1. How many designs are included?
To satisfy everyone’s needs, we’ve created multiple packages. Depending on how many you’d like to see, and what other extras you’d want, it’s best you go over those packages and select the one that suits you best. The Standard package is our most popular one and it includes 4 concepts.
2. I'm not sure what I'm looking for, which package should I select?
The Standard pack would be the right package in this case as it covers 4+ design options and basically as many versions as needed until the perfect logo emerges.
3. What Information should I supply?
I need from you: 1. Full name Company (main name) 2. Slogan 3. I will need a short description of your business. 4. What color you want for your logo.
4. Can I add new information later on?
Changing crucial parts of the brief once I have created a few designs is not an option as it will cancel all the work created so far. Please take your time and fill in the brief as accurately as possible and if you have any questions, please message me before submitting the brief.
5. What are Unlimited Modifications?
The unlimited modification feature applies to 1 or more of the included number of designs. It guarantees as many modifications until perfection is achieved. However it does not cover starting over from scratch with completely new designs. It only applies to the included designs in the pack.
6. What file types are included?
The Logo delivery will include: AI(Adobe Illustrator) (Vector source file) .EPS (Adobe Illustrator )(Vector source file) .JPG (White Background) (Square and exact layouts) .PNG (Transparent Background) (Square and exact layouts) .PSD (Adobe Photoshop) .SVG and 3D Mockup
7. What is Vector files?
With Vector file you can edit the design: change colors, enlarge at any size without losing Quality.
8. What is logo transparency or a PNG file?
A PNG file has no background. It is a transparent background so you can upload the same on your website, on your blog, etc. without having a white/black/colored background to it.

Seller was responsive to messages. There was quite a lot of back and forth and some minor details were never changed/fixed even though I expressed down to the finest detail what I was asking for, including marking with annotations, it was never changed.
