I primarily work with Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files. If your data is in another format, message me before ordering and I can confirm whether I can process it.
Can you remove duplicate records?
Yes. I can identify and remove exact duplicates and, when appropriate, detect likely duplicates using multiple fields. Ambiguous matches can be flagged for review rather than automatically deleted.
Can you clean larger datasets?
Yes. I use Python when appropriate to process larger or repetitive datasets efficiently. Send me a sample or row count before ordering if your dataset is larger than the package limits
Will you change or guess missing information?
No. I won’t silently invent missing values. If data is ambiguous, inconsistent, or cannot be reliably reconciled, I can flag those records for your review.
