Yes — PriceLabs is a paid tool you'll need active on your account (there's a free trial). I do all the setup and strategy inside your account; the subscription itself stays yours.
Do you set PriceLabs up from scratch, or fix an existing setup?
Both. Whether it's a blank account or a messy one, I audit what's there and rebuild it around your listing and market.
Which package should I choose?
Go by listing count: Basic for one listing, Standard for up to three, Premium for a portfolio of up to five plus channel manager integration. More than five? Message me for a custom quote.
Will this actually increase my bookings and revenue?
The goal is smarter pricing and occupancy, capturing weekend and last-minute value and filling orphan gaps. I can't promise a specific number, but I'll show you exactly what I changed and the logic behind it.
Do you connect Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and my channel manager?
