Will you upload my products to Shopify, WooCommerce or another store?
No. This Gig cleans a spreadsheet file only. Store imports or live inventory edits are not included.
Can you fill in missing prices, stock, SKUs or categories?
Only when you provide an approved, authoritative mapping within the agreed scope. Unknowns are otherwise flagged for your decision.
Will you remove duplicate products?
I can separate exact duplicate records under agreed rules. Conflicting records with the same SKU remain in the exception report.
What happens to SKUs like 00101?
SKUs are handled as text to protect leading zeros and identity. Import CSV files through a tool that supports text columns; opening CSVs directly in Excel may auto-convert identifiers.
What do you need from me?
A copy of your flat file, the unique ID/SKU field, allowed cleanup rules, protected columns, and your preferred output format. Send a redacted sample first if the file is complex.
What does one revision include?
One consolidated round of corrections for the original file and agreed rules. New source files or materially changed rules require a new order/scope.
Can you guarantee my store will import the file successfully?
No. Platform import schemas, variations, and live-store uploads are not included or tested by this Gig.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for assisted review and scripted checks. I validate source-row counts and personally review the deliverables. Tell me before ordering if you require a non-AI workflow.
