You took the design challenge head on, you created your floorplan exactly how you want it but you need a second opinion from someone with experience? this is where you need to be!

The first part of the design process is questions, and knowing the right questions to ask is fundamental to designing the perfect forever home or building. I will ask you those questions and help mark up your drawing and add some notes so future drawings can come together smoothly.

This is also the perfect time to get some Code compliance advice and other design related questions, so ask away!

My practice is based out of Canada so I am well versed in Canadian code compliance, however I am happy to research and navigate our local compliance demands.
