Most people ordering a game aren't Unreal developers, so don't worry about it. I keep updates in plain language throughout
Do I fully own the game and code once it's delivered?
Yes. Full ownership, source code included, nothing to license back from me later.
Can you add multiplayer or Steam features to a PSX-style game?
I can, it's just not included by default in the lower scope (prices) since it's built around the single-player retro side of things. Mention it when you message me and I'll make the game accordingly
Do you work in Unreal Engine 4 or 5?
I will do your project in UE5. I started on UE4 years back though, so if you've already got a UE4 project running, I can usually still pick it up.
