Which Package Is For Me?
The STANDARD or PREMIUM packages are usually my recommendation as they offer more concepts to choose from and refine. The BASIC pack is best suited for those who know for a certainty what they are looking for as it includes less features.
What file types are included.
The Logo delivery will include: .ai (Adobe Illustrator CS) (Vector source file) .eps (Adobe Illustrator CS) (Vector source file) .jpg (White Background) (Square and exact layouts) .png (Transparent Background) (Square and exact layouts) .pdf .3D Mockup .svg
Which program do you use for creating logos?
All logos are made to the highest standard in Adobe Illustrator the leading vector based program.
What are Unlimited Modifications
The unlimited modification feature applies to 1 of the concepts. It guarantees as many modifications needed until perfection is achieved. However it does not cover starting over from scratch with completely new designs. It only applies to the included designs in the pack.
What is a Social Media Kit
The social Media Kit covers perfectly scaled profile images (avatar or display picture) for use on the main social media platforms. This images are tweaked to look great and fit perfectly within the social media platforms that you use.
How many concepts will you include?
Having options to choose from is very important, this is why I offer multiple designs to choose from. All concepts are original designs based on the information supplied in the brief. The BASIC is more restrictive The STANDARD pack covers 4 concepts The PREMIUM-VIP pack covers 6+ concepts
Would you be sending the font files?
No I do not send installable font files. What I will be sending across to you are the vector source file of your logo. You can purchase the font license from the font site if you need to have the actual installable font file.
Do you design Business Cards, Letterheads, Email Signatures, etc?
Of course yes. This gig is geared towards crafting a uniform identity for you. These are available as extras and you can add them when placing the order or later on.
What Information do you need?
After placing the order you will be prompted a series of questions about the business such as industry, name, tagline, etc and design preferences such as color and examples of other logos you like. The brief is the most crucial step of the entire process as all my future work will be based on it.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately the answer is no. I do not work for free. If you have any questions please reach out before placing an order. If you do place an order please be completely committed as on the other hand I will do everything in my power to provide you with the perfect logo.
