FAQ
What to provide before getting started?
I recommend messaging me before ordering so I can answer any questions, and make sure I know exactly what you want. Once we've discussed the project and you're ready to order, you'll have to submit the instrumental and any other relevant material at the final step during the ordering process.
What to expect from the process?
Once the order has started, I will send frequent updates during the process to keep you informed, like: when I start, when I have a draft ready for you to check out, and when I (expect to) deliver. I will also reach out when I have any questions or a suggestion. You can also contact me at any time.
How will the project be delivered?
All vocals will be delivered dry and as separate stems in WAV format to maintain the best quality. If opted for vocal mixing, the mixed stems are also delivered in WAV format. You will also get the written text in a PDF file. All files are named accordingly for easy navigating.
What is included in a revision?
A revision is a round of small changes, that can include: small changes e.g. a flat note/mispronounced word or a format change. Changing anything pre-agreed requires a paid revision, because this often requires a completely new recording. Requests for one round have to be made at the same time.
What is included within the 'Commercial Usage'?
Commercial Usage is a license that allows you to use this project online, however, it does not automatically waive all rights such as copyright, neighbouring and master rights unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Please reach out to discuss the options.
Can you send me a free sample?
I don't offer custom free samples at this time. However, I have loads of finished projects and work that you can listen to. Check out my portfolio for some examples, search for 'Demi Dean' on Spotify, or feel free to ask!
Can you also produce the instrumental?
As much as I would love to, I don't offer instrumental production at this time. However, I can absolutely advise and share creative input on this.
Can I use your name on the release?
No. My name/image may not be used unless discussed otherwise. This means no feature, collab or registering the song under my artist profile. If a song is registered under my name or likeness without consent, this is considered a violation and necessary action will be taken, so please be careful.
Can you deliver faster than the fastest delivery option?
Depending on availability, possibly! Contact me about your deadline.
My Recording Setup
Recordings are done in a treated studio. Microphones: Neumann TLM102, Shure SM7B. Interface: UAD Apollo Twin. DAW: Logic Pro X.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Demi. She really took the time to understand what I wanted for my podcast jingles, was very receptive to my feedback, and even created additional variations for me. Her communication was clear and proactive, which I really appreciated, but most importantly, the final result was beautiful.
