What information is required to get started?
Photos of the product from various angles, reference sketches of the concepts or even a detailed thought with examples is enough to get the project started.
Should I directly order from one of the three packages or discuss with you first ?
Communication is key to successfully completing a project. Please send me the requirement first so that I can analyse the effort and time and give you a better deal without compromising on the quality of the output.
What if I need any additional support after the order is completed?
We'll definitely help you out even after project completion. If it's a minor correction, then we'll do it free of cost for you. But if it is a design change, then charges will be applicable accordingly.
Do you offer animation videos?
Sure. We can offer you 360 rotation video, exploded view animation and even motion graphics to explain product features.
Can we use the output files for 3D printing?
We focus mainly on 3D product visualisation. Unfortunately the output files may not exactly give you the desired output while 3D printing.
What if I have a 3D model already?
Great. Please send us the 3D model. We'll analyse the file first to make sure high quality animation and rendering can be done with the provided 3D model.
