I will build a custom excel or google sheets tracker, dashboard or formula fix
UK web developer: websites, Shopify stores, logos and spreadsheet trackers
About this Gig
Need a spreadsheet that actually works? I build clean, formula-driven trackers in Excel and Google Sheets for small businesses, freelancers and landlords.
What I can build
- Income, expense and invoice trackers
- Budgets and bills planners
- Rental, mileage and stock logs
- Monthly summaries and dashboards with charts
- Fixes for broken or slow formulas
What you get
- Real formulas (SUMIFS, lookups, date logic), with no macros
- Dropdowns, input checks and colour flags
- Locked formula cells so nothing breaks by accident
- An instructions tab and sample rows

FAQ
Excel or Google Sheets?
Either. Basic and Standard are built in one (your choice). Premium is delivered as an .xlsx that I've checked in both Excel and Google Sheets.
Do you use macros or scripts?
No. Everything is built with standard formulas, so it works in Excel and Google Sheets without security warnings. If you need VBA or Apps Script, this gig isn't the right fit.
Can you fix my existing spreadsheet?
Yes, that's the Basic package. Send the file (with private data removed or replaced with dummy values) and tell me what's wrong. Bigger rebuilds are quoted as Standard or Premium.
Will you give tax or accounting advice?
No. I can build trackers that total things the way you ask, for example by HMRC expense category, but I'm not an accountant. Please check tax figures with HMRC or a qualified adviser.
What counts as a revision?
A change to what we agreed: layout, labels, a formula tweak or colours. New tabs or new features beyond the agreed scope are a new order or an extra.
