Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send the store URL, screenshot or short video, affected page, and a clear description. I will review the issue and confirm the correct package.
Will you edit my live theme?
Whenever possible, I will duplicate the theme and test the fix there first. I will not publish changes to your live store without your approval.
What access do you need?
Usually Shopify collaborator or staff access with only the permissions required for the task. Please do not send your password.
What counts as one bug or issue?
One issue is one clearly defined problem in one feature or area, such as a broken button or mobile spacing problem. Separate problems count as separate issues.
Can you fix third-party app and checkout problems?
I can fix theme-side conflicts and pre-checkout or cart code when technically possible. Bugs inside an external app or restricted Shopify checkout require assessment first.
