In this gig, there will be multiple steps in order to find the correct fine-tuning that is needed :

  1. Conversations with the chatbot or AI tool that has been developed so that I can see the weak areas and narrow down how to make it more effective as a tool for the given customers.
  2. Create a document explaining the different elements that must be improved, will be giving daily 1 to 1 conversations with the customer.
  3. Develop the ethical code and steer the tool into the correct direction that will maximise its usefulness for the business/customer.
  4. Any further requirements can be added as well.
