What do I need to provide before you start?
I'll need access to your WordPress admin area (admin user) and your hosting login for backups. I'll send you a secure checklist after ordering.

I always create a full backup before any change. If anything goes wrong, I restore your site to its previous working state at no extra cost.
Do you work on weekends?
I respond and work Monday to Friday. Urgent issues outside those hours are handled the next business day.
Can I book the Monthly Care package as a recurring service?

Will we need to talk on the phone or have a video call?
