What software do you use for PCB design?
I primarily use KiCad for schematic capture and PCB layout. It ensures you have full, open-source ownership of the project files without needing expensive proprietary software licenses. (Note: If you specifically need Altium or EasyEDA, please message me first).
Will my PCB be ready for commercial manufacturing?
Yes, absolutely! I provide all industrial-standard manufacturing files, including Gerbers (drill/copper/solder mask/silkscreen), an accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), and Pick & Place coordinate files for automated SMT assembly lines.
Can you design multi-layer boards or match specific size constraints?
Yes, I can design 2-layer, 4-layer, or 6-layer boards depending on routing density and signal integrity requirements. If you have tight enclosure restrictions, just provide the exact mechanical dimensions and I will design around them
Do you write the firmware/code for the ESP32 or STM32 as well?
Firmware development is not included by default in the standard hardware packages. However, I am highly experienced in Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, and STM32CubeIDE. Please message me with your software requirements for a custom add-on quote!
What happens if the manufacturer finds an issue with the Gerber files?
I offer post-delivery support. If your PCB manufacturer runs a Design Rule Check (DRC) and highlights an issue with my files, I will fix it immediately free of charge.
Will I receive Gerber files?
Yes, you will receive complete manufacturing-ready Gerber files, BOM, and source files.
Do you provide firmware programming?
I mainly focus on hardware and PCB design, but basic firmware support can be discussed.
