FAQ
What do I need to send you each month?
Your bank statement(s), any other payment processor statement if applicable, any expense receipts not on the bank statement, and sales invoices issued that month. A shared Google Drive folder makes this seamless.
How long does it take?
You'll receive your completed books and P&L summary within 5 business days of sending your documents.
What software do you use?
If you use Wave or QuickBooks, I can work within your existing system. I also work in Excel/Google Sheets. Just let me know which system you use before we start.
Do you file taxes?
No. Bookkeeping and tax filing are separate services. What I provide gives you clean, accurate records that make tax time significantly easier, but the filing itself is outside this scope.
What if my books are already behind?
Catch-up bookkeeping is available. Message me with how many months need sorting and I'll give you a clear quote.
