Do you provide consultation for regular social media management, aside from marketing consultation?
Yes. Please look in the Gig Extras to add this service to Social Media Marketing Consultation, or message me to create a custom order for this service alone.
What are the limitations for all Follow-Up Consultation options?
2-week and 1-month follow up consultation period will receive a daily limit of up to 15-minute phone calls, and unlimited text/email exchange during normal business hours. This communication is subject to seller's discretion outside of normal business hours.
What are your contact hours? We live in different time zones. Can we still do a workshop together?
My contact hours are: Mon. – Fri., 8 am – 5 pm (Pacific Standard Time). You can also purchase the option to have your workshop outside of the seller's normal business hours. This option is available upon request. Message me for details.
Can we do the workshop while I'm at work? Do I need to be in a quiet place?
It is highly recommended that you are in a quiet place where you will be undisturbed. There is quite a lot of info to be shared in a relatively short time, and the best result will be achieved when there are no distractions. (We do understand that unexpected disturbances can occur, however.)
What comes in the Comprehensive Resource Packet?
The 83-page Resource Packet comes with a Marketing Insights Report Template, step-by-step marketing checklist, Web Resources and info document, consisting of a target audience identification worksheet, our own additional resources and information that can help you bring your campaign to life.
Can I save, print, or share the Resource Packet and recorded workshop video?
The Resource Packet is only a viewable document. You will have unlimited access to it. It cannot be saved, printed, downloaded, or shared. The worksheets are downloadable and printable. The recorded workshop video is downloadable, and can be saved or shared at your discretion.
I already have my accounts set up, but am just looking for general marketing consultation. Can you help?
Yes. Everyone is at a different level of understanding. We start off where you need help most, and address the areas you don't understand, or are having trouble with. No need to start from the very beginning if you don't need that information. We will tailor the workshop to your specific needs.
How will you know my level of understanding and where I'm at in learning the marketing process?
You will have an opportunity to let me know where you stand, and what you'd like to learn when you purchase the gig.
Are online workshops 1-on-1 or do you also offer group workshops?
While 1-on-1 workshops are likely to be more popular, if you request a group workshop I will do my best to accommodate your wishes along with other interested participants.
Are your workshops online, or live in person?
Currently, we are only conducting workshops online via Zoom. Please check back with us in the future, as we may eventually offer live workshops in person.
