FAQ
Which package should I choose?
Basic: up to 15s, 2 UI screens, and 1 feature. Standard: up to 30s, 4 screens, and 2 features. Premium: up to 60s, 8 screens, and 3 features. Each covers one product and one language. Send your main user flow if you need help choosing.
What do you need to get started?
Send your website link, editable UI or Figma files, brand assets, key features, target audience, and deadline. Basic also needs your final script unless you add scriptwriting. If you only have screenshots, send them before ordering so I can assess any reconstruction work.
Do I need a script or storyboard?
Every package includes a storyboard. Standard includes an English script up to 60 words; Premium up to 120. Basic uses your script, or you can add scriptwriting up to 30 words for $30 (+1 day). We approve the script and storyboard before animation.
Can you explain a complex or technical product?
I start with your audience and the main task your software helps them complete. We select the features that fit your package and agree on a visual outline before animation. Send your product link or a short demo so I can assess the scope.
What counts as one UI screen?
One UI screen is a distinct interface layout or a substantially different state. Cursor moves and button highlights within the same layout do not count as extra screens. I animate supplied UI; product UI/UX design or redesign is not included.
What files and formats will I receive?
Every package includes one 1080p MP4 in one agreed aspect ratio: 16:9, 9:16, or 1:1. Extra aspect ratios and 4K require a separate quote. Lottie/JSON and website integration are not included. Please discuss any special export requirements before ordering.
Do you include voiceover, music, and subtitles?
Music and synchronized sound effects are included in every package. Voiceover recording and subtitles are not included. I can sync your finished voiceover if you supply it before animation. Message me before ordering if you need narration or subtitles.
How do revisions work?
Basic and Standard include 2 rounds; Premium 3, across the whole order. Each round is one feedback list within the agreed scope. Extra rounds are $30 (+1 day). New concepts, changes to an approved script, or post-completion updates need a new quote. I correct my own errors free of charge.
Will I receive the editable After Effects project?
The editable AEP project is a $100 extra (+1 day) for any package. Before ordering, I will confirm the compatible After Effects version and any required fonts or plugins. Font and plugin licenses are not included.
How long does delivery take? Can you deliver sooner?
Delivery is 4 days for Basic, 7 for Standard, and 10 for Premium. Please send complete materials and review the storyboard promptly. For a rush project, message me before ordering so I can confirm availability, a realistic deadline, and any additional fee.
