FAQ
What file format should I provide for my logo?
Send a vector logo in AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF, plus a short brand brief and style references. If you only have PNG or JPG, send it before ordering so I can check its suitability. Logo design and redrawing are not included.
Do you use templates or create custom animation?
Every package includes animation created for your existing logo. I build the motion around its shapes, lettering, and brand style without pre-made logo animation templates. Each package includes one concept.
Do you provide sound design or music?
Synchronized sound effects are included in Standard and Premium and available as a $10 extra for Basic. Background music, voice-over, and an original audio logo are not included.
Can I get a transparent background version?
Yes. Every package includes a transparent MOV for placing your animation over footage, plus an MP4 with a background. Basic and Standard include 1080p; Premium includes 4K with suitable logo artwork. Tell me which software you will use.
How long will the final animation be?
Basic: up to 5 seconds. Standard: up to 7 seconds. Premium: up to 10 seconds, plus a matching loop up to 5 seconds. Each package covers one logo and one concept. Premium's two versions are the main reveal and its matching loop.
How long does delivery take? Can you deliver sooner?
Basic delivery is 2 days, Standard 3 days, and Premium 5 days. For urgent projects, message me before ordering. I will review your logo and my availability before confirming a rush offer and delivery time.
What counts as a revision?
One revision is one consolidated feedback round within the agreed concept and brief. Basic includes 1 round, Standard 2, and Premium 3. A new concept, a different logo, or added animation is additional work. I correct my mistakes at no extra charge.
Will I receive the editable After Effects project?
The editable AEP project is included in Premium and available as a $40 extra for Basic and Standard. I will confirm the After Effects version and any required fonts or plugins before ordering. Font and plugin licenses are not included.
Can I get a GIF, a loop, or another color version?
Premium includes a matching loop up to 5s and a GIF. For Basic and Standard, GIF export is $10 and a loop up to 5s is $35. GIFs are up to 800 px wide. One extra color version of the approved animation is $15. GIF export alone does not include creating a seamless loop.
Can I use the animation on my website or social media?
I can prepare files for social posts or website video playback. Each package includes one agreed aspect ratio. SVG, HTML5, Lottie files and website integration are not included. Extra aspect ratios are quoted separately. Tell me where you will use the animation before ordering.
