I'm not sure what gig extras I might need for my project. What should I do?

What does Commercial Rights cover?
Anything that is a non-paid advertising or promotion. Things like YouTube videos, social media posts/reels, real estate home walk-throughs, and podcast intros & outros are all examples of when Commercial Rights will be needed.
What's the difference between Commercial Rights and Commercial Rights (1 year)?
Typical advertising runs on a 13-week cycle, so if you plan to run an ad for a short amount of time, choose the regular Commercial Rights. If you have more of an "evergreen" spot (something that can run year-round), then choose the 1 year option instead.
What does Full Broadcast Rights cover?
Full Broadcast Rights covers any use in paid advertising, such as TV, Radio, Digital/OTT, or any other broadcast channel, whether it be on a local, regional, or national level.
What's the difference between Full Broadcast Rights and Full Broadcast Rights (1 year)?
Typical advertising runs on a 13-week cycle, so if you plan to run an ad for a short amount of time, choose the regular Full Broadcast Rights. If you have more of an "evergreen" spot (something that can run year-round), then choose the 1 year option instead.
What do I get with a revision?
A revision includes any minor changes to a script where a word or phrase needs to be "punched in" and rerecorded. A complete rerecording of the entire script is not a revision.
What format does my audio file come in?
I will always send you a .wav file, which carries the highest quality. If you'd like an MP3 as well, just let me know and I'll be happy to provide that at no extra charge.
What are split files?
If you have a script where you would like me to separate each sentence (or section) into it's own file so that you can control the timing, I can provide you separate files for each so that you can piece them together however you see fit.
