I will train your team to use chatgpt and claude for everyday work

Your team has ChatGPT or Claude, but most people use it like a search box. I will teach them to use it for the work they actually do: emails, reports, meeting notes, plans, research, and checking their own drafts.

I have run technology projects for 14 years, in banking, fintech, insurance and e-commerce, and coached teams in most of those roles. I use AI tools in my own delivery work every day, including a writing pipeline where the AI drafts and a person checks. So the training is practical, not theory.

How it works:

1. Before we meet, you tell me what your team does and which tool you use.

2. I build the session around your real tasks, not generic examples.

3. We meet live on Zoom or Google Meet. Everyone practises on their own work during the session.

4. You keep a written prompt guide made for your team.

Good for small teams that are new to AI, and for managers who want their people using it well and safely.
