How do we get started?
Once you place an order, I’ll request your content (products, copy, images, brand assets) and confirm structure before design begins.
What do I need to provide?
Product information, SKUs (if applicable), copy, images, and any brand guidelines. A content checklist is provided after ordering.
Can you manage large product catalogs with complex SKU structures?
Yes. For catalogs over 20 SKUs, I use structured spreadsheets and Data Merge workflows to create scalable, consistent layouts. This supports efficient pricing updates and repeat production without rebuilding the entire catalog.
Can you design catalogs for digital use?
Yes. Catalogs can be optimized for print, digital distribution, or both. Pricing is available in Gig Extras.
Is copywriting or text content included?
No. This service focuses on layout and design. Optional content support is available in higher tiers or via add-ons.
Can you redesign an existing catalog or brochure?
Yes. I can redesign or modernize existing catalogs, line sheets, or brochures using your current content.
What if I don’t have images yet?
You can supply images later, or I can design with placeholders. Stock imagery is not included unless discussed in advance.
What kind of files will I receive?
You’ll receive a print-ready PDF. Interactive PDFs are available if needed. Source files are not included unless specified.
How do revisions work?
Revisions cover layout refinements within the approved content. Minor text corrections are included. New SKUs, pricing updates, or structural content changes after data approval are considered scope changes and may require additional fees.
Can I get my files earlier than the delivery date?
