FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
Your LinkedIn profile link, your job title or tagline, and any brand assets you already have — logo, brand colours, website, a photo. If you have a style in mind or a banner you like, send that too. If you have none of this, see the next question.
What if I don't have a logo, brand colours or design ideas?
Most of my clients don't. I'll choose a colour palette, typeface and layout that suit your industry and the level you're positioning at, and I'll explain why I chose them when I deliver.
Do you use templates?
No. Every banner is designed from scratch around your brand and your positioning. I don't use generic templates or stock layouts, which is why no two banners in my portfolio share a design.
Will my banner look right on mobile as well as desktop?
Yes. Banners are built at 1584 x 396 for personal profiles and 1128 x 191 for company pages, and composed so that your name, headline and key text stay clear of the areas LinkedIn crops on smaller screens.
Which file formats do I get — PSD, AI, Canva or Figma?
Every package includes JPG and PNG. Standard and Premium add an editable PSD or AI file — I design in Photoshop or Illustrator first, for premium quality. Want Canva or Figma too? Add it as a $20 Gig Extra on any package — same design, just converted, never simplified.
Can I edit the banner myself in Canva or Figma later?
Yes — that's the add-on's point. I design in Photoshop or Illustrator first, then convert it into your own copy, not edit access to mine — same layout, colours and text, just a new format. I use free-account elements only. Need a premium font? Tell me first.
How do revisions work?
Basic includes 4 revisions, Standard includes 7, and Premium is unlimited. Revisions cover refinements to the concept you approved — colours, text, layout, images. A completely new direction counts as a new concept.
What if I don't like the first concept?
Tell me what isn't working and I'll rework it — that's what revisions are for. Every tier starts with one concept; Basic gets 4 revisions, Standard 7, and Premium unlimited, so the higher tiers give you more room to redirect it.
Can you resize the design for Facebook, Instagram, X or YouTube?
Yes, as a $10 Gig Extra per platform: Facebook, Instagram, X or YouTube. Available on any package, including Premium — order once for each platform you need.
Can you redesign my existing banner, or match my company's branding?
Both. If you already have a banner I'll modernise it while keeping what works. If you have company brand guidelines, logo or an existing colour system, I'll design within them so your profile sits alongside the rest of your brand.
