FAQ
What do I need to send to start?
A sketch, photo or reference bag, plus rough sizes. If you only have an idea, send a short description and I will tell you what is missing before I start. The order form also asks for the key details.
New to bag making, can you guide me?
Yes. I send a short checklist for materials, hardware and sizes so you can fill the gaps. I do not source suppliers or choose materials for you, but I list what a factory usually needs to quote.
Will every factory accept it?
I cannot speak for every factory. Standard and Premium cover what factories commonly ask for: views, sizes, BOM, hardware and construction notes. If your factory has a template, send it before ordering.
Which bag types do you cover?
Handbags, backpacks, totes, duffels, crossbody bags, luggage and wallets. For complex bags with many compartments or padding, message me first so I can recommend Premium.
What file formats do I get?
PDF in every package. Standard and Premium also include editable AI files. PNG copies of the pages are available on request.
How do revisions work?
A revision is one round of changes to the pages I delivered, such as a size, a material or a view. A new bag or a changed design is a new order. Revision counts are listed per package.
How long does it take?
Basic 3 days, Standard 5 days, Premium 7 days, counted from when I have your sketch and sizes. Clear details speed things up. Message me if you have a fixed deadline.
