I'm Lux, a developer who builds custom Discord bots and automation for communities and online businesses. 120+ completed orders on Fiverr since 2022.

FAQ
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds on Basic and Standard, three on Premium - applied to the agreed scope. Most projects finish inside one round because we lock the design direction before build starts. Extra revisions are available as an add-on.
Can you add my property listings?
Yes. Standard includes up to 20 listings loaded manually, with search and filtering. Premium adds IDX/MLS feed integration so listings sync automatically. You can also add 20 more listings as an extra.
Do I need to buy anything else?
You'll need a domain and hosting - I can set both up as an add-on. Premium themes and plugins are included in the package price. If you need IDX/MLS, that subscription is billed by your provider (IDX Broker, Showcase IDX) directly to you.
How long does MLS approval take?
MLS board approval for IDX access is handled by your provider and can take days or weeks. That waiting time sits outside my delivery clock - I'll build everything else while it's pending and connect the feed as soon as access is granted.
Where do the photos come from?
Your property photography is what sells the site, so I work with yours wherever possible. For placeholder or supporting imagery I use licensed stock, and I'll tell you exactly which images are placeholders at handover.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
Message me before ordering. I'll scope it properly and send a custom offer with a fixed price and date. I'd rather turn a project down than take one I can't deliver well.
How do we start?
Message me with your agency name and what you need. I'll confirm the scope in writing, agree the delivery date with you, and only then send the offer. No order starts before that.
