No. Script writing is not included by default. You must provide your script, or I can arrange AI-assisted scripting as an extra service.

Which software do you use for animation?
I use Moho & After effect for rigged 2D animation.Characters are designed in Adobe Illustrator and then rigged for smooth motion.
