DWG plans of each floor (layered), site plan and any furniture/layout references. If DWG is not available we can discuss alternatives.
Can you deliver Revit file?
RVT file included in all packages. DWG and PDF exports available on request
Do you provide IFC for coordination?
Yes — IFC export available as a Gig Extra
What is LOD?
LOD (Level of Development) describes the level of detail in the BIM model. I offer LOD200 (conceptual) to LOD350 (construction-ready) depending on package.
