What you want me to provide when placing order?
You need to provide content (in Word document or any other text format), color schemes, page size, number of pages
Do you ship printed version?
NO!!!. This is digital download only. You can use Moo, Vista or your local print shop to print designed planner. It's print ready.
What if I need to do some changes after the order is completed?
Yes. We will do it free if it is not a major redesign. Otherwise we will charge minimal fee to do large changes.
How much time do you take to send the initial draft?
In 99% cases, we provide the first draft before the expected delivery time (usually between 36 - 48 hours). You can always order express delivery GIG extra if you are in limited time frame.
How much time you take to modify the printables for requested revision?
Each revision request can take up to 12-24 hours because of the difference in time-zones.
Do you design printables with large number of pages.
Yes. We do yearly planners and other printables with high page counts. Just contact me for further details. Also check GIG extras.
Do you design cover page?
Yes. I do. You can add as a GIG extra. Cover Page is included in Premium Package.
What is your source file?
Source files are either Adobe After effects (.ai or .eps), Adobe InDesign (.indd) or Adobe Photoshop (.psd). We DO NOT PROVIDE ANY OTHER FILE TYPES.
