What do you need to get started?
Your agency name, logo, brand colors, a few reference real estate sites you like, your property data (photos, price, location, details), and hosting/WordPress access. No listings ready? Send them when you have them — I load them with your real info.

I already bought Houzez — why can't I just use the demo?
Because the demo is a showcase, not your site. It needs hundreds of settings: labels stuck in English, a map hardcoded to Miami, a price slider stuck on rent, fake demo agents, listings that don't show on the map. I've done it all before and turn it into a real, clean portal.
Do I need a Houzez license?
Yes, Houzez is a paid theme. If you already own it, send me the purchase code. If not, I'll guide you on buying it before we start — it's a one-time purchase on ThemeForest.
Can you load my properties?
Yes, always with your REAL data (any package) so the site looks complete from day one — never demo filler. I load the included number (10/25/50+) fully: photos, price, map, energy class and features. Add more anytime, or I bulk-import extra packs.
Can buyers search and filter properties?
