No. The client must provide the final text and content for each post or design. My service includes the visual design and organization of the information you provide, but it does not include copywriting, social media strategy, content planning or caption writing unless previously agreed upon.

Yes. To create designs that are consistent with your brand, you must provide at least your logo, color palette and preferred fonts. If you have a brand guideline document, visual identity manual or previous brand designs, please send them as well.

Absolutely. You can send me your current Instagram feed, website, previous designs, brand guidelines or visual references, and I will create new graphics that follow the same visual direction while keeping the designs clean and consistent.

Yes. You will receive a fully editable Canva link, so you can access, duplicate and edit your designs directly from your own Canva account. You will also receive the final exported files in the appropriate format if needed.

Not necessarily. I can design using Canva Free elements. If your project requires Pro elements, fonts or features, I’ll let you know first. If you need the design to be fully editable with Canva Free, please mention it before ordering.

Yes. Please send any photos, product images or visual assets you want included. Make sure you have permission to use them. If you don’t have images, message me before ordering so we can discuss the best option.

Yes. I can recreate or redesign existing graphics, PDFs, presentations or other visual materials in Canva. Please send the original file or a high-quality reference before ordering so I can confirm that it can be recreated accurately.
