Do I need to have my job description ready before we start?
It helps, but isn't required. If you don't have one, I can work with you to clarify the role requirements before we begin sourcing/screening candidates. Alternatively, I can create one for you.
Can you handle candidate communication directly, or do I need to approve messages first?
Either works. I can send templated updates on your behalf, or draft messages for your approval before they go out, just let me know your preference at the start.
Do you handle interviews yourself?
I coordinate scheduling and logistics; the actual interviewing is done by you or your hiring team. I can prepare suggested interview questions as an add-on.
