How much faster will my Mac be after the session?
Most clients see a major improvement. Results depend on the issue, but common fixes like clearing clutter and other items make an immediate noticeable difference.
Will I lose any files or data?
No. I only remove caches, temp files, and system clutter. Your personal files, photos, and documents are only touched with your permission. I explain everything before I do it.
How does the screen share work?
I use tools like Zoom or FaceTime ScreenShare. I send you a link, you click it, and I can see your screen. You stay in control the entire time and can watch everything I do.
What if the problem comes back?
I optimize your settings to prevent that. If the same issue returns within 7 days, message me and I will take another look at no extra charge.
Do you also fix crashes, freezes, or software issues?
