No, the AI-powered step (e.g. auto-categorizing or generating responses with Claude/GPT-4) is included in the Standard and Premium packages. Basic is pure workflow automation without AI.
Will I own the workflow after delivery, or does it depend on your account?
You'll own the workflow. On Premium, full documentation and setup is handed over so it runs on your own n8n/Make/Zapier account, not mine.
