What is your revision policy?
Mistakes are fixed free. Included revisions cover performance (tone/energy). Script changes, new talking points, CTAs, b-roll, or new locations require a paid reshoot. After included revisions are used, extra revisions must be purchased.
Do you offer rush delivery?
No rush delivery is available. I schedule projects for consistent quality and performance.
When does delivery time start?
Delivery time begins once I receive the product and all required info (script/talking points).
Do you provide raw footage?
Yes—raw footage is available through a custom offer. Just ask.
Can you write the script?
Scriptwriting is included in Standard/Premium, or available as an add-on for Basic.
Can you post the video on your social media?
No—posting to my personal social accounts is not included.
Who covers shipping costs?
The client covers shipping. I recommend using MyUS for fast, reliable delivery. Delivery begins when I receive the product. Client accepts all risk for shipping delays/loss.
Can I choose the filming location?
Indoor is standard. Outdoor (park-style) shooting is available as an add-on.
Can I use the video forever?
Usage is limited to the duration in your package. Continued use after that requires a renewal purchase.
