1. CLIENT'S BRIEF: I begin by receiving your survey drawings and detailed requirements for the planning application from you.
2. DESIGN: I create alternative design solutions for your needs.
3. DRAWING: When we agree on the design, I finalise the drawing set required for planning application including site plan, block plan, 1:100 plans, 1:100 elevations and 3D Views.
4. APPLICATION: Lastly, I apply on your behalf via the Planning Portal and follow your applications with communication with your local council.
