FAQ
What do I need to provide?
Send product photos, sketches, reference images, measurements, logos/artwork, fabric ideas, color direction, and any factory requirements you already have. If you do not have everything, message me first.
What makes your tech packs factory-ready?
I structure the garment details so a factory can review, quote, sample, or produce with less back-and-forth: flats, measurements, POM guides, callouts, BOM, trims, labels, artwork placement, colorways, and production notes where needed.
Can you work from a sample or reference photos?
Yes. I can work from a physical sample, reference garment photos, sketches, product photos, or a mix of references. Clear front, back, side, detail, and inside photos are best.
Can you make a BOM if I do not know my exact materials?
Yes. I can create a structured BOM with suggested fabric types, generic trims, and verification notes. Final supplier, lab, trim-card, and factory confirmation are still required.
Do you source fabrics or trims?
No. I can organize fabric and trim guidance inside the tech pack, but sourcing, supplier selection, and supplier verification are not included.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers adjustments to submitted details, wording, placement, or layout. New garment designs, major structure changes, or new deliverables require a new order.
Do you provide pattern making, grading, or manufacturing?
No. This service is for tech pack documentation only. Pattern making, grading, sourcing, sampling, and manufacturing are not included.
What is the working process and timeline?
After intake, I confirm the garment scope and required references, prepare the first draft, apply the included consolidated revision rounds, and deliver the final locked PDF. Timing follows the package delivery window and begins once all required files and decisions are supplied.
Which package fits my garment stage?
Choose Foundation for a simple garment or early factory review. Choose Sampling when preparing a first sample and you need POMs, callouts, a BOM, and placements. Choose Production Detail for a complex garment or fuller manufacturing handoff with labels, artwork, and source files.
